Once again we’ve had a wonderful holiday, relaxing and lazy days! Weather has been very good – sunny and hot. Thank you Mark and Katie for the welcome gifts. One highlight was watching sparrows returning back and too, feeding their young in a nest under the roof tiles on the front bay window. Hoping to see them fledge but perhaps the next guests will have that pleasure.
We have had a great stay at the Bower cottage! Sitting out on the front was amazing, such a sun trap. Loved every moment! Lovely attention to detail in the cottage. Many thanks!
We are having a wonderful time here in this cottage, it’s been lots of fun. We love the log fires at night and we’ve been exploring the beach and found the ship which is lovely. It’s been lovely staying here, thank you for sharing your cottage with us. Once again thank you!
What a lovely warm and cosy cottage. I walked into this beautiful home to a roaring fire and wonderful gifts on the table. The décor and rooms were clean and fresh with ‘home from home’ furnishings like candles and fresh flowers – just perfect! We can’t wait to rebook this wonderful cottage. Wonderful stay at your delightful cottage – we’ve walked the cliff tops – swam in the sea, jumped the huge waves. We’ve eaten at the ship, the king Arthur and the beach house oxwich. This is now our favourite cottage.

Thank you for the nice welcome with a bottle and cake. Most enjoyable holiday in a very nice cottage that is well equipped. Would recommend the King Arthur for food. Penllergare Valley woods is also nice for a walk. If you like walking, we would recommend the coastal paths to Oxwich and Rhassil Bay. Fantastic Cottage for a stay on the Gower. Thank you.

We’ve had a wonderful time in this gorgeous cottage, a real home from home. Love the décor, fully equipped and really cosy. We’ve enjoyed sitting out front and watching the world go by. Beaches and cliff walks are great. Pub does excellent food. Everywhere is so dog friendly too – Kizzy has enjoyed meeting the other dogs on the beach. Thanks so much for the warm welcome and Easter eggs for the kids – very much appreciated.
An excellent cottage for our stay in January. The stoves were useful and fun given the near freezing temperature! Very comfortable throughout – highly recommend.

Beautiful cottage in a perfect setting. We have enjoyed every minute. Your cottage has everything that is needed for a wonderful holiday – we couldn’t ask for more. Really nice welcome on arrival, so many thanks for that. Wonderful property in a beautiful village location. We honestly couldn’t have thought of anything as suitable as this, well maybe more sun! Many thanks to the Rees family for letting this cottage. Hope to come back next year.
What a beautiful cottage, very homely, lovely décor and all the equipment you could need. We enjoyed lovely walks on the beaches, great sandcastle building, rolling down sand dunes. Visiting the Welsh coal mines and castles was also a big hit. But most of all, spending every evening in front of a roaring fire with the family will be the fondest memory.
